About Me

Hello, My name is Advay Sanketi and I am currently pursuing my BTech in Computer Science at PES University in Bengaluru.
Born into a South Indian Air Force Family, I grew up to love 3 things - food for my body, food for thought, and coding.

For me code is more than just a set of instructions - it's a powerful tool that enables us not only to explore amazing opportunities but also to create new possibilities allowing for a future with a higher promise - A vision worthy of working towards. I started programming when I was 13 - 14 years old. I have grown a lot since then and my coding arsenal now includes many programming languages, softwares and frameworks. I'm always expanding my skills, and I'm excited to see where my coding journey will take me next 😆.

I also enjoy listening to music, watching South Indian movies, Staying Fit & Healthy and reading about really interesting stuff like - Lumination Encoding, Evolutionary Algorithms, the Dreamer Algorithm, Conway's Game of Life (Check these topics out, they're amazing 😋)

A secure AI-powered communication system with a self-healing network infrastructure and unbreakable encryption that allows military personnel to securely transmit sensitive information in remote and challenging environments. Includes a Fake app before the actual app with a hidden passowrd and button and 2-Level Encryption - Vernam Cipher and AES Encryption.

An Application that gives the users the necessary tools and data so that they don’t get exploited by Private Hospitals or Pharmaceuticals. Allows the user to access an awareness tab or a pricing database of medicines so they can be protected from being overcharged. Also has a strong Confidence and Sorting Function to sort the hospitals on the basis of 3 factors - cost, distance and rating.

An attractive and intuitive mobile application that matches car owners with passengers based on their travel routes, timings etc. using a robust matching function created from scratch. The app includes features like in-app messaging, payment processing, and real-time tracking to ensure a seamless carpooling experience with safety ensured by a 2nd-Level Verification algorithm.

Ethereal Client & Ethereal Seller

An E-Commerce Mobile Application for small-time artisans to easily sell their products and for tourists to buy them. The app includes two parts - the client and the seller. The app also features a blockchain as part of the backend of the applications connecting the two apps and providing a safe and transparent way to log any transactions to make sure the artisans are not cheated.

A Program with an Easy to Understand User-Friendly Interface that takes any Tier-1 Termed Python Code given as Input by the User and Executes and Displays the Working Mechanism of the Python Code and shows how the Final Output is actually Derived. Also offers the feature to generate flowcharts for any python program to enable easy understanding of the program.

Nitha is a Mobile Application that I built out of frustration due to the continuous ads on Spotify. Nitha is a Music streaming app that lets you listen to music without ads and paid subscriptions. It includes features like - Import playlists from Spotify and Youtube, Listen to songs in youtube inside the app and download any song onto your device easily. Inspired by Blackhole

CodeX is a small programming language I built to understand the working of programming languages. It’s an interpreted, object-oriented and statically typed language. Unlike other programming languages like JavaScript, there is no statement in CodeX, only expressions (and definitions like function definitions).

A beautiful and intuitive Application similar to instagram - It has short length videos, built-in daily updated news, built-in music player with a huge (and amazing) compilation of songs. It also has the ability to upload videos and chat with others on the app with a privately run server.

My vision - Two apps - A Desktop app with a built-from-scratch AI assistant to automate my work like opening apps, searching for stuff as I write and provide Code to resolve errors as soon as I encounter one etc. and the other - A Mobile app connected to the desktop app so that I can control the desktop from my phone.
